    Why Join Us At Camp?

    • Navigating new expectations and boundaries is never easy.  Your family was thrown into separation because your country called on your service.  You and your family answered the Call to Serve.
    • Quality family time is hard to carve out.  Whether you join us for a weekend or full week we have carved out intentional, high adventure family time with Ziplines, Climbing Walls, Low Ropes Courses, Archery, Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Swimming, and more.
    • It is a great way to develop a group of friends with whom you have so much in common.  You have all experienced deployment and re-integration.  Your family can be a great resource for other families.
    • Set plans in motion to be intentional with your most important relationship -- your family.

    Who Will Be There?

    • Other families like yours who have experienced separation and re-integration.
    • A caring staff of friendly people who want to help you Navigate Your Way Home.

Why Are Children Required To Be School Age To Participate In The Adventure Activities?

    • Many of the activities (ziplines, rope courses, paintball, horseback riding, etc.) we offer are difficult and not age appropriate for children 5 and under.  This means that part of your family may be involved in our childcare program.  We have a staff of highly trained college age students that will help create a memorable experience for children 5 and under in a safe environment.

Does This Mean If Our Family Is Young That We Cannot Participate?

    • Our program does require that children be 6 or older to participate in adventure activities but we will offer childcare each day on site so that you may participate in activities with older members of your family.  A highly trained staff of college age students will work with your infants through 5 year olds to create a safe, fun experience.

What If We Do Not Have Children?  Can We Participate?

    • Absolutely.  You may want to first consider coming to one of our couples only weekends or veterans only events.  Watch for the 2010 schedule in the fall.
